The Bella Vista Ranch is located in Wimberley, Texas - gateway to the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The Ranch was designed to reflect a traditional Italian family farm...we have over 1,000 producing olive trees, a frantoio (olive press), vineyard, winery, a Red Brangus herd and many seasonal fruit and vegetable specialties.

First Texas Olive Oil Co., producer of fresh pressed Texas Extra Virgin olive oil is headquartered at the ranch. After harvesting our Texas olive trees, all pressing, milling and bottling operations are performed in a frantoio right here on the Ranch.

Bella Vista Cellars, also located on the Ranch, is a winery that hand-crafts country wines. Using fruit grown on the ranch, as well as the highest quality grapes grown locally, we create Italian varietals and an offering of fruit wines including a popular blackberry wine.

Visit Bella Vista Ranch  Stop by our tasting room and gift shop to enjoy the fresh olive oils, wines and other gourmet foods made here at the ranch.  

We also offer tours of the frantoio, winery, orchards and gardens for individuals as well as groups. Tours provide you an opportunity to explore our orchards and gardens, learn about the agriculture and cultivation of our olives, grapes, and other fruit before participating in a guided tasting of our fresh-made products.  Guided tours last about 1 - 1 1/2 hours long and there is a fee of $10.00 per person.

Saturdays at  10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.  Sundays at 12:00 Noon.  

As always, Monday - Wednesday are available for group tours (over 10 people) by appointment.
